Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and thoroughly testing comprehensive product features.
- Building and enhancing our core infrastructure and platform.
- Driving system improvements and elevating the overall developer experience.
- Writing robust, maintainable code, and refactoring to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Actively participating in code reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Software Engineering (for Sr Associate level).
- 5+ years of work experience in Software Engineering (for Software Development Engineer level).
- 1+ years of work experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript code (for Sr Associate level).
- 2+ years of work experience in both front-end and back-end engineering.
- 2+ years of work experience with the AWS ecosystem or other public cloud environments (for Software Development Engineer).
- 2+ years of working experience in DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code tools (for Software Development Engineer).
- Ability to rapidly understand JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- Proven track record of delivering production quality apps.
- Strong communication skills for technical and strategic discussions.
- Experience and passion about Agile methodologies.
- Open to Hybrid work environments reporting half-time in office.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the AWS ecosystem.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).
- Experience with writing production quality code in TypeScript.
- Experience with API design and development using Rest and/or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana).
- Experience with Azure and Salesforce administration.
