Key Responsibilities

Work within engineering teams and contribute in delivering quality products on time and continuously retire technical debt.
Technically analyse business requirements and be able to convert them into software solutions.
Work on complete end-to-end software development and implementation with adequate unit testing, automation testing, and monitoring.
Troubleshoot technical challenges in software designs and resolve production incidents for delivered business solutions.
Follow DevOps practices and make configuration changes to support necessary deployments for business deliverables.
Participate in building, supporting, and operating software in a DevOps model.
Collaborate closely with team members to make business deliverables more productive, effective, and efficient.
Coach team members to improve their productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

Strong working experience in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue, along with Agile methodologies.
Experience building scalable web applications using .NET Core.
Excellent understanding of EF Core and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience in developing scalable, resilient, secure, and quality engineering products, preferably in logistics.
Strong belief and demonstrated ability to iterate and evolve architecture.
Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures.
Experience with building and managing microservices through their lifecycle, including versioning and backward compatibility.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes, and unit/integration testing.
Experience with code versioning using Git.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline, or Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience with distributed caching, failure detection algorithms, and application failover strategies.
Experience with building self-healing, automatic fault detection, and recovery mechanisms.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, or Bachelor's Degree or higher in an IT-related field.
