About the Role

As a Technical Services Software Engineer, you will join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of software customization projects and the implementation of Spectrum ADP solutions. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to successful installation, collaborating closely with our Technical Services Business Analyst and Manager to ensure project timelines are met. Our Technical Services division is dedicated to providing tailored software solutions and exceptional support to our clients, thriving on problem-solving and delivering high-quality, customized implementations that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and dashboards.
Implement database objects (procedures, functions, and triggers) and write complex SQL queries and TSQL scripting.
Analyze business data relationships and develop ProIV screens.
Proactively communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality solutions for our customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, and/or accounting, with a minimum of two years of custom programming experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
Experience with JavaScript, C++, or C#, and Crystal Reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting/payroll systems, or construction accounting software.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with ProIV, XML, and various types of databases.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of custom programming experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
