Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AWS Connect contact flows, IVRs, and integrations
Configure AWS Connect instances, queues, and custom attributes for optimized workflows
Develop Lambda functions (C#/JavaScript) for call routing, backend operations, and integrations
Integrate AWS Connect with DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and other AWS services
Manage API Gateway for secure, scalable API interactions
Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with AWS best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of working experience with Call flows, IVRs and Integrations
Proficient in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch)
Strong understanding of contact center operations, IVR systems, and call routing
Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java for backend development
Skilled in RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
AWS certification and experience with CI/CD & DevOps are a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience with call flows, IVRs, and integrations
