About the Role

The Technical Services Software Engineer role at Trimble involves joining a dynamic team to deliver impactful software customization solutions for clients. The position focuses on software development, including customization projects and Spectrum ADP solutions implementation, collaborating closely with business analysts and managers to ensure project success. The division is dedicated to providing tailored software solutions and exceptional support, emphasizing problem-solving and high-quality, customized implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and dashboards.
Implement database objects such as procedures, functions, and triggers, and write complex SQL queries and TSQL scripting.
Analyze business data relationships and develop ProIV screens.
Proactively communicate project progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality solutions for customers.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to installation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, computer science, and/or accounting, with a minimum of two years of custom programming experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
Experience with JavaScript, C++, or C#, and Crystal Reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems, accounting/payroll systems, or construction accounting software.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with ProIV, XML, and various types of databases.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of custom programming experience.
Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
