Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and testing of software components for surgical navigation and robotic systems and their manufacturing
  • Support the creation of user interfaces using Qt/QML
  • Participate in the development of tools, utilities, and libraries to support product functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, clinical experts, and QA
  • Contribute to documentation and design reviews
  • Engage in code reviews and learn best practices in software craftsmanship and test-driven development
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics Engineering or a related field
  • Coursework or project experience in object-oriented programming, preferably in C++
  • Exposure to Qt/QML or interest in learning GUI development frameworks
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools like Microsoft Teams
  • Interest in robotics, medical devices, or motion control systems
  • Exposure to image processing and machine learning concepts is a plus
