We are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in DevOps to contribute to our digital transformation journey. The role involves designing, testing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software experiences, working within an agile environment, and adhering to DevOps principles to support our organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan CI/CD pipeline architecture and functionality.
Lead CI/CD pipeline design.
Prioritize team work including enhancements, defects, automation, and vulnerability remediation.
Create and refine user stories.
Groom and maintain Jira backlog.
Create and update user and architectural documentation.
Collaborate with Enterprise partners on pipeline infrastructure and enhancements.
Lead Daily Stand Up and champion MOB sessions.
Lead DevOps Community of Excellence sessions.
Perform code reviews.
Review and approve intake requests for pipeline enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of relevant experience.
Hands-on technical experience in a DevOps environment.
Expertise with CI/CD frameworks.
Proficient knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles, including architecture, security, testing, end-to-end automation, and orchestration.
Experience with mainframe development and SDLC, including batch, online, and DB2 database processing.
Experience with UNIX, bash scripting, YAML, Python, Rancher, Kubernetes, container principles, API principles, and infrastructure as code solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong documentation skills, including user/process documentation, technical/architectural documentation, and high-level management summaries.
The ability to effectively communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
