Key Responsibilities

Contributes independently to multiple functional and technical areas within a product.
Responsible for developing new features and supporting/bug fixing existing features.
Conducts unit and integration testing.
Creates artifacts and documents valuable to the team.
Debugs issues across the whole stack including OS, database, applications, JavaScript, and network.
Shares knowledge by mentoring other team members.
Writes well-designed, testable code.
Participates in code reviews, both of own code and as a reviewer.
Provides feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.
Conducts technical research on new technology for potential product enhancements or redesigns.
Prepares product documentation, support materials, and internal documentation.
Mentors and inspires others to raise standards.
Prepares internal technical training and information sessions.
Follows industry trends and the open-source community.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of professional experience with .NET and common frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript, React.js or similar frameworks.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working with relational databases.
Experience with RESTful web services.
Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
Knowledge of security best practices for software and data platforms.
Able to learn other programming languages as needed.
Able to diagnose issues and provide solutions across multiple technical areas.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with additional programming languages.
Experience with security best practices.
Experience in a customer-facing or collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-3 years of experience with .NET frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript and React.js.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience with relational databases and RESTful web services.
Proficiency with Git.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $55,000 - $85,000 per year.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Work from an office location.
Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
Frequent sitting and/or standing.
Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements to operate a computer.
