Key Responsibilities

Develop highly-scalable performant solutions.
Apply algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems.
Recognize and match patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems.

Requirements

Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in coding with industry-standard languages such as C, C++, Java, or C#.
Experience with Python, PHP, or Haskell.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce).
Proficiency with Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like operating systems, including file manipulation, advanced commands, and shell scripting.
Understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Experience in building highly-scalable, performant solutions.
Knowledge in data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, computer graphics, or human-computer interaction.
Ability to apply algorithms and core computer science concepts to real-world systems, recognizing and matching patterns across different areas of computer science.
