Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions.
Work on distributed systems involving sharding, consistency, and availability.
Contribute to building innovative social technology products that enhance user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalency) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in coding with industry-standard languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Javascript.
Experience with software development tools including code editors (VIM or Emacs) and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce).
Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like operating systems including file manipulation and simple commands.
Understanding of building highly-scalable, performant solutions.
Familiarity with distributed systems concepts including sharding, consistency, and availability.
Strong understanding of algorithms.
