Key Responsibilities

Support the Hedgehog Program as an Agile Leader and Scrum Master, providing programmatic and technical leadership relating to cost, schedule, and work products.
Demonstrate strategic leadership through the SAFE Agile development process, including guiding product ownership/management, facilitating release planning, and managing risks.
Escalate and remove team impediments, energize and motivate the team, and drive focus on program milestones.
Provide functional leadership responsibilities such as appraisals and salary planning for the team.
Participate in and provide guidance to product management and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Full Spectrum Leadership behavior, attitude and perspective.
Management of Cost and Schedule Experience.
Experience leading multiple teams of software and systems engineering efforts using Agile methods, processes and practices.
Management skills including communication, dealing with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships.
Ability to work onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance.

Nice to Have

Agile Certified Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer experience.
Cost Account Management (CAM) training and experience.
Experience interviewing and building teams.

Qualifications

Experience leading multiple teams using Agile methods.
Management skills including communication and relationship building.
Security clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly.
