Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.
Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.
Challenge engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems with proper monitoring in place.
Mentor and support the members of your team to grow through career management and feedback.
Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.
Implement and maintain software alongside your team members to enhance the product offering and create a premier player experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience managing a team of engineers and working with stakeholders and contributing to product definition.
Ability to build high-quality robust systems with an emphasis on client-facing applications.
5+ years of working experience with API development in a microservice architecture.
Strong understanding and experience with C#/.NET.
Experience in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
Understanding of large scale, distributed systems.

Qualifications

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of 160,700.00 USD - 200,900.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
