Software Product Manager - Core Solutions

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $114,000 - $160,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development of our decarbonization software solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch new product features and enhancements that drive customer adoption and success. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation in the decarbonization space. Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate those insights into actionable product requirements and development priorities. Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our decarbonization software products and inform data-driven product decisions. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for our decarbonization software solutions. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on decarbonization and sustainability, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
