Key Responsibilities

Manage Weekly RAM P1 Assignments and internal escalations under limited supervision
Problem Statement Development for Critical Parts on Executive Summary
Customer Escalation Management as assigned
Constrained Part Management & Resolution
Supplier capacity issue resolution
Develop Recovery plans and communicate to internal customers, including executives
Perform Root Cause Corrective Actions for Critical Escalations
Coordination within Spares Execution Functions and other cross functional teams
Manage Cross Functional Task Forces
Products obsolescence Management
New Spares product support

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher education in relevant field
Project management skills
3-5 years of experience in Spares supply chain or related fields
Direct experience in working with external suppliers
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
Experience in Escalation Program Management

Qualifications

Relevant field degree (Bachelor's or higher)

Salary range of $88,000.00 - $121,000.00
