About the Role

The Specialist, Content Strategy, Experiential Marketing brings a passion for creating impactful brand experiences across Verisk-hosted and industry conferences. Reporting to the Director, Experiential Marketing, this individual coordinates and executes "One Verisk" marketing efforts by working across corporate marketing and business unit teams. As a core member of the experiential team, they will help lead cross-functional initiatives that bring the Verisk brand to life through high-impact events and experiences. You'll collaborate with a group of accomplished marketing professionals, apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk's solutions, and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise while making independent decisions across a broad and evolving portfolio of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project lead for select brand initiatives including capstone events, managing timelines, content, stakeholders, and internal partners
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and business units to deliver content across integrated "One Verisk" brand experiences
  • Drive content strategy and storytelling for key experiential touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Verisk's brand positioning and business objectives
  • Translate customer and market insights into meaningful experiential concepts and content that engage target audiences and reinforce brand value
  • Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to define event success metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Represent the brand at key events as needed, including travel and hands-on support with setup and teardown
  • Drive creative and brand strategy that results in compelling experiences that inspire audiences to connect, learn and collaborate
  • Plan, deliver, and analyze experiential marketing efforts with strong project management skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related areas or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a Marketing role or similar position
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with experience in software, high-tech, or performance marketing considered a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and deliver commitments in a timely fashion
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, planning, and tracking
  • Great attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to drive results, guide cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and track metrics to measure marketing impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with senior leaders
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, and work overtime and irregular hours as needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B software, high-tech, or performance marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
