Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of marketing mix modeling and attribution strategies.
  • Driving the collection, validation, and visualization of marketing data.
  • Translating data into compelling insights and stories that guide enterprise decisions.
  • Managing cross-functional initiatives and expanding measurement into new business lines.
  • Developing and maintaining marketing taxonomy frameworks.
  • Engaging stakeholders and educating teams on measurement best practices.
  • Recommending optimizations that elevate marketing performance.
  • Assisting with multiple projects to develop business and data analysis to drive business objectives.
  • Participating on workstreams of projects designed to execute analytics and deliver capabilities.
  • Helping generate understanding of business processes and identifying critical metrics.
  • Assisting in building and improving statistical models, including machine-learning models.
  • Interpreting statistical results and creating feedback loops for analysis improvement.
  • Building data visualizations to support business needs.
  • Designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Facilitating business implementation planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Influencing change and gaining support for new processes and methods.
  • Developing governance, documentation, and training around new processes.

Requirements

  • Typically, five or more years of related experience with analytic techniques, statistical methodologies, statistical software, and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of analytic lifecycle, business intelligence, database warehousing, SQL, and research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing ad hoc queries using SQL.
  • Experience working with large customer/prospect databases, product, geographic, demographic data.
  • Proven problem solving, analytical, research, and quantitative analysis skills including regression, decision trees, multivariate analysis.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology framework.
  • Undergraduate studies with post-graduate studies preferred.

Qualifications
