About the Role

Our Consumer Technology experience team is delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. This role involves all aspects of technical project and program management focused on network-related projects, with limited level experience required. The position is based in Farmers Branch, Texas, requiring a minimum of 5 days per week in the office, with no relocation offered. The role offers a salary range of $87,200 to $130,800 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits and perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under direct supervision, develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints.
  • Analyze proposed projects, develop detailed project plan schedules, and identify and assemble a project team.
  • Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects.
  • Establish and manage critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and production life cycle of technical business initiatives, including business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research.
  • Manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and may utilize Scrum or Agile development techniques for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 1-2 years of experience in technical project management or related field.
  • Working knowledge of technical principles and familiarity with AT&T technologies.
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to develop and manage complex project plans and coordinate with teams and vendors.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vendor management and Agile development techniques.
  • Knowledge of network-focused technical projects.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of technical principles and AT&T technologies
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
