  • Lead deep-dive analyses (often using SQL) and education sessions with key business partners to increase understanding and intuition of the Self-Serve funnel.
  • Assist in the end-to-end process for new product introduction, including opportunity sizing, pricing & packaging strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) execution to enable successful launches.
  • Interpret and translate data into digestible and actionable insights to guide strategy and decision-making, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing early-stage ideation and long-term product strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting, metric alignment, and effective communication during business reviews.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Growth Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to support coordination, prioritization, and consensus among partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related work experience at a high-performing tech company (SaaS experience preferred), management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including data modeling and business insight.
  • Practical experience writing SQL queries and pulling data from relational databases.
  • Ability to handle unstructured business issues and build clear, concise models and presentations.
  • Effective communication skills with peers and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS products and product-led growth models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
