Sr Analyst - Strategic Development & Analysis

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytics to identify high priority Potential Trade Areas (PTA) in partnership with the Real Estate team.
• Partner with consumer insights, data science, and GIS teams to evolve sales forecasting capabilities and identify attributes driving restaurant success.
• Help execute the New Restaurant Development policy by providing Encroachment / Impact estimates and supporting network planning.
• Create data-driven content for strategic initiatives related to the Development Long Range Plan and other workstreams, targeting senior decision makers such as the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast, and long-range planning processes by providing analytics and insights to track progress against KPIs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including supporting third-party consulting engagements for strategic workstreams.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, real estate, consulting, or finance, with experience in development market planning considered a plus.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Solid analytical skills with experience turning big data into insights, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, team-based setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in development market planning.

• High School Diploma/GED.

• Pay range from $77,000 to $131,000 annually.
