About the Role

The Workforce Intelligence Insights Partner role is part of our Workforce Intelligence team, responsible for providing high-quality data, reports, and analytics to deliver key people insights to our business. The role involves supporting evidence-based decision-making about employees, understanding workforce trends, and collaborating across HR and other departments to optimize recruiting and HR efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners by providing valued analyses, insights, and advisory services.
  • Work closely with HR business groups to develop metrics and performance indicators to support and resolve people-related business priorities, strategies, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with Qlik developers to test and roll out analytics solutions that add business value.
  • Deliver and communicate relevant reporting packages, including performance metrics and analysis, to business leaders in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Manage ad hoc requests and provide day-to-day reporting and analytics support to HR Business Partners, Leadership, and business clients.
  • Streamline workflows and processes to improve reporting, analysis, and operational support.
  • Ensure prioritization, timely delivery of requests, data accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in advanced analytics focused on delivering people-based insights and driving impact.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting analytics.
  • Experience in BI development or other data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Proven ability to translate data analysis and research findings into actionable recommendations for various departments and levels.
  • Experience advising senior executives, including the C-suite, with HR decision support and insights.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Self-starter approach with enthusiasm, team spirit, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Industrial/Organization Psychology.

  • Workday or Avature experience.

  • Salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 USD annually plus benefits and bonus.
