Job Description

About the Role

Foods you love. Brands you trust. And a career that empowers you to grow. At Nestlé USA, we’re all working towards the same goal - to delight and deliver for our consumers. With a rich portfolio of beloved brands, including DiGiorno, Toll House, and Coffee mate, in 97% of U.S. households, we have a unique opportunity - and responsibility - to be there for every moment in our consumers’ lives. Joining Nestlé means becoming part of an inclusive workplace that inspires innovation, encourages strategic thinking and creativity, and celebrates your achievements. No matter where you work within the organization, you are empowered to challenge the status quo, embrace risk-taking, and pioneer new ideas. Our supportive and collaborative environment encourages bold ambitions and continuous learning so that everyone can grow and thrive. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Do you want to be a central driver in leading critical innovation initiatives with the world’s largest Food and Beverage Company and 4-time Fast Company award-winner as the Best Workplaces for Innovators? We empower you to explore, create, and challenge what’s possible in launching and supporting "new to the world" food & beverage product solutions. Foods people love. Brands people trust. And a career that nourishes your future like no other. You know us as the food and beverage company behind favorites like Stouffer’s, Nesquik, Toll House, Lean Cuisine, as well as new discoveries like Outshine Smoothies. As a Marketing Senior Associate of Innovation and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing, launching, incubating and scaling new products that will complement Nestlé USA’s core businesses and create incremental, sustainable growth in close collaboration with Sales, Consumer Insights, Finance, Product Development, and Manufacturing with both speed and agility. You will need to "think big and act small" by driving new to the world innovation in a lean environment. You should be comfortable in a startup environment owning tasks from strategy and data analysis to project management and execution in support of Nestlé USA’s New Business Ventures growth strategy. You are expected to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push your new product initiative(s) forward with the scrappiness of an entrepreneur and the backing of Nestlé resources.
