About the Role

As Sr. Data Scientist I, you'll assist in the modernization of mission-critical logistics systems through advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. You'll work on developing predictive models, analyzing structured and unstructured data, and supporting the integration of intelligent capabilities into enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing machine learning models, performing data mining and analysis, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver predictive analytics and decision support tools.
Support prototyping efforts and contribute to the modernization of legacy systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Experience training and deploying deep learning models.
Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and Agile methodologies.
Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
Experience with NLP and deep learning models.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $103,000 - $164,000, determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, company-paid training and/or certifications, and referral bonuses.
