Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields. MBA or a master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 4 to 10 years hands-on experience doing quantitative analysis in digital marketing, mobile marketing, ASO, growth, or mobile product management.

  • Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating volumes of data sets for analytical purposes using SQL-like languages.
  • Familiarity with App Store developer console data reporting and capabilities, as well as other mobile reporting systems like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Branch, etc.
  • Deep understanding of both paid and organic mobile marketing metrics—impressions, downloads, installs, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with data and the ability to communicate insights to partners at all levels to influence decision making.
  • Experience with statistical modeling in Microsoft Excel or Power Pivot.
  • A fast learner with a desire to learn new things.

  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
  • Additional incentives such as sales commissions or annual incentive plans depending on role.
