About the Role

Amazon Autos is seeking a skilled marketing Lead with the flexibility to manage changing priorities, the thoughtfulness to do what's in the best interest of the business, and the desire to always keep the trains running smoothly. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere. Creating quality traffic through well-planned, well-programmed marketing campaigns is at the heart of this role. This role requires you to be a person who can quickly get to know our business well and managing multiple channels and campaigns at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategizing objectives, audience segmentation, and content creation to achieve business goals
  • Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines to determine which efforts to adjust and scale
  • Manage and maintain website content and optimize for SEO
  • Monitor and report on content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating content and community management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Agency, business, program & technical teams) to help drive marketing tools
  • Manage day-to-day work allocation and perform quality audits on deliverables
  • Create and schedule standalone campaigns with a focus on driving traffic and engagement
  • Work with teams to gather insights on internal marketing tools and build use cases for operational efficiencies
  • Understand SLA, Metrics, and Deliverables to work towards achieving goals
  • Create and drive business requirements for process improvement and technical solutions
  • Operate in an ambiguous environment to define new business practices and standard operating procedures
  • Be a subject matter expert to inform recommended strategies that meet operating goals

Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and the book industry
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to support multiple projects and accept reprioritization as necessary
  • Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Asana or other project management/ticketing platforms
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes
  • Self-starter and good team player
  • Ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues
  • Good at problem solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting issues related to content editing
