The opportunity involves leading the Adobe AI platform, including Data, Inference, Training, and Agentic modules, to accelerate Adobe’s Generative AI offerings and unify strategic approaches for these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy of the Adobe AI Platform as a self-serve product to accelerate Adobe's Gen AI offerings to customers.
  • Lead product management for the AI platform, including Agentic frameworks (AI agents), ML frameworks, and synthetic data.
  • Drive the prioritization of technical work in collaboration with engineering management and program management.
  • Work closely with researchers, applied scientists, platform engineers, product engineers, executive customers, and various teams to deliver a self-serve platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of high-impact product managers to bring the vision, roadmap, and execution to fruition.
  • Influence Adobe’s investment and partnership with companies such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.

Requirements

  • Proven product management leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading versatile and complementary teams of product managers.
  • Experience with Generative AI and Cloud platform technologies.
  • Knowledge of Hyperscaler (AWS, GCP) compute strategies and research scientist data and training use case cycles.
  • Understanding of inference engineering and how services and application teams use these in context.
  • Knowledge of Agentic business strategies, how agents differ from APIs, and their business implications.
  • Proven excellence in customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.
  • Ability to lead and influence others through technical excellence and stellar execution.
  • Ability to act quickly, be assertive, and make decisions confidently.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related technical areas, or equivalent experience.

  • An engineering background is highly desired.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range from $201,100 to $429,100 annually, varying by location and experience.
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives such as a new hire equity award.
  • Additional incentives may include short-term incentives, sales commissions, and annual incentive plans.
