Sr Director, Product Management - CMBU

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy and roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including stage gate reviews and key product decisions.
• Deliver regular portfolio strategy updates to senior executive leadership.
• Engage directly with customers and industry partners to shape product direction and value propositions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and NPI leads.
• Drive product positioning and feature prioritization based on customer needs, technology trends, and competitive analysis.
• Establish business objectives and performance targets across functional areas.
• Act as the internal and external spokesperson for the product portfolio.
• Optimize internal processes and frameworks to enhance product management effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or product development within the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated success leading both direct and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of delivering product leadership.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
