The role involves managing team and marketing activities within the assigned area, focusing on product launches, market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. Marketing team focused on launch excellence of the Cordella sensor and system, including strategy and execution plan.
  • Manage and oversee the work of multiple areas, functionalities, scope and/or locations and may have financial budget responsibilities.
  • Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex marketing strategies to re-define a new market with a market-leading innovation.
  • Collaborate with Upstream Marketing to provide market insights and condition the market for product launches.
  • Identify market entry strategies with the Global Health Economic Reimbursement team.
  • Manage congress strategy and responsibility for Patient engagement strategy in the U.S.
  • Work closely with sales to deliver on business plan objectives, including marketing plans, assets, and training.
  • Partner with strategic marketing to share U.S. voice of customer and market insights to inform R&D roadmap and priorities.
  • Create and deliver a differentiated value proposition through messaging, emerging media, and digital marketing.
  • Direct line management responsibilities including talent development and team coaching.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate measurable wins.
  • Gain buy-in from commercial leadership and ensure execution of marketing plans.
  • Forecast product demand and sales for financial planning.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations to facilitate sales engagement and physician training.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in product launch planning and milestone achievement.
  • Develop and align go-to-market strategy with Commercial leadership, including KPIs, segmentation, and account targeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record in people management.
  • Proven successful project management leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated performance within relevant industry/function.
  • Expert understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and applications to complex problems.
  • Expert understanding of market and competitive dynamics.
  • Expert knowledge of financial mechanisms related to marketing, including forecasting, expense budgeting, and vendor compliance.
  • Ability to manage teams, provide coaching, and develop talent.
  • Ability to develop and integrate metrics demonstrating marketing value.
  • Expert understanding of marketing content approval processes, regulatory guidelines, and legal boundaries.
  • Ability to interact professionally across organizational levels and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on critical business needs.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills to influence change and maximize team effectiveness.

Nice to Have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in Healthcare medtech, pharma, or consumer healthcare industry, with a preference for digital experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
