Key Responsibilities

  • Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
  • Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
  • Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
  • Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
  • May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in programming APIs, Java, UNIX / Linux Shell scripting, SQL.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks - Selenium, Cucumber.
  • Experience with Data Analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Functional Testing background with ability to prepare test plans and test strategies.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated to learn new technologies, skills, and knowledge required by duties and responsibilities in required timeframe.
  • Ability to guide/mentor junior testers.
  • Ability to work on a Scrum/Kanban team.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • AWS cloud-based technology services experience: S3, RDS, Batch, EMR, Step functions.
  • 5+ years' experience in programming APIs, Python, UNIX / Linux Shell scripting, SQL, and AWS cloud-based technology services.
  • Prior exposure to secondary mortgage data, various kinds of financial instruments such as MBS, SWAP, FUTURE & DEBT.
  • AWS Certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree (Required).
