Sr. Manager - Analytical AI

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on data scientist or machine learning engineer expected to ideate, design, develop, model, and deploy advanced solutions.
• Use cutting-edge analytics and machine learning to pioneer new solutions or improve existing ones to enhance value capture.
• Build and own predictive machine learning solutions to better understand and engage patients and healthcare professionals.
• Employ disruptive thinking to improve business value through market understanding, streamlined engagement, and data-driven analytics.
• Utilize market knowledge, brand strategy, and advanced data science capabilities to identify, build, and enhance analytical solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with analytics and medical stakeholders to rapidly pilot and deploy solutions.
• Translate complex models into business language to improve understanding and drive further use of these models.
• Partner with the broader Analytical AI organization to guide on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning for ad-hoc needs.
• Monitor external analytics landscape to identify and apply new capabilities supporting continuous evolution and business performance.
• Apply NLP techniques to solve relevant business problems.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on data science experience.
• Experience with designing and deploying machine learning models using tools like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with MLOps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• MS or other graduate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the Medical field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Git.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques.
