About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing key performance metrics, overseeing data projects, and partnering with business leaders to uncover growth opportunities at BMO Financial Group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and automation of business performance reporting and analytics
Translate data into insights that inform strategy and operations
Mentor a team of analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and data priorities
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility

Requirements

7+ years in analytics or data roles at a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing analytics teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

Nice to Have

Experience in a financial institution
Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools

Qualifications

Experience in analytics or data roles at a financial institution
Leadership experience in analytics teams
