The Senior Manager, Specialty Self-Service Portfolio oversees roadmap definition and management for Specialty digital products that empower patient self-service (including CHAT, IVR and others). This role is responsible for strategic intake of Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (DDAT) work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery and experience.
