The Senior Manager, Specialty Self-Service Portfolio oversees roadmap definition and management for Specialty digital products that empower patient self-service (including CHAT, IVR, and others). This role involves strategic intake of Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (DDAT) work, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, defining and managing multi-team product roadmaps, and ensuring adherence to product management standards across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business General Managers and Product owners to define Epic or initiative vision through a deep understanding of customer needs and complexity.
  • Facilitate the effective communication of the product vision to team members and ongoing planning to finalize roadmap commitments.
  • Ensure alignment of end-to-end experiences across products and channels while evaluating consistency across different channels.
  • Support product owners in developing feature-level roadmaps for their teams' components supporting broader Epics or initiatives.
  • Create and own feature roadmaps detailing user-accessible release dates across sprints, months, quarters, and years.
  • Partner with teams to coordinate multiple backlogs for products and/or experiences.
  • Ensure timely effort estimation and release commitments are incorporated into the roadmap.
  • Partner with General Managers to ensure initiative goals and outcomes are communicated and tracked.
  • Create epic-level or initiative-level measurement plans including success metrics, thresholds, and release plans.
  • Track performance data to identify issues and develop insights about product health.
  • Report on key metrics such as OKRs, Experiences that Matter the Most (ETMMS), and Brilliant Basics.
  • Own DDAT roadmap communication across stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, operations, and other teams using agile practices.
  • Communicate progress, insights, and risks to key stakeholders and General Managers.
  • Understand business strategies and outcomes to ensure alignment with product teams.
  • Identify product dependencies and engage experts to help find solutions.
  • Set a positive team culture by coaching, providing feedback, and modeling best practices.
  • Enforce product management standards within the team and partner teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technology product management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience defining and managing product roadmaps, including familiarity with KANBAN and SCRUM methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience performing user engagement, product launches, and user onboarding.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of multiple products.
  • 5+ years of experience leading agile product teams.
  • 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive-friendly content.
  • Must be able to work east coast hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing customer digital products (e.g., web, mobile app, consumer software).
  • Familiarity with tasks in Pharmacy workflows.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
