About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SEO strategy to drive organic growth across multiple channels.
• Manage and oversee SEO projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
• Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, and Google Search Console.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and support sales growth.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, motivation, and adaptability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience in an enterprise-level multi-channel retail environment with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Expertise with SEO tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis.
• Proficiency in tag management solutions.
• Deep knowledge of technical website languages including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and their impact on SEO efforts.
• Ability to understand and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and sales.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on self-development and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical website languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Leadership experience in managing SEO teams or projects.
