About the Role

Advance Auto Parts is a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider that serves both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers. With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we are committed to helping our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and efficiently. The position involves working onsite at our Raleigh, NC headquarters four days a week, and the role is focused on driving customer engagement, increasing retention, and maximizing lifetime value through loyalty and retention marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of loyalty campaigns across all channels.
  • Identify and segment key customer audiences for targeted retention efforts.
  • Build and deliver presentations that showcase loyalty campaign plans and performance to key stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • Monitor loyalty program data and analytics and use insights to inform decisions that improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner regularly with the Customer Experience (CX) team to review feedback related to the loyalty program to better engage with our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support loyalty and retention initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in email marketing and developing segmented audience strategies preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty and membership strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to make ROI-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.
  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and a deep understanding of the consumer journey.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in email marketing and developing segmented audience strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.
