About the Role

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Orthodontic Pediatric Products and Event Strategy will be responsible for driving the adoption and usage of Phase 1 Invisalign clear aligners and Invisalign Palatal Expander into the US market in addition to any new innovation in the pediatric space. The individual is also responsible for driving event and trade show strategy, communication, and execution for the Ortho Channel. This role includes developing and executing the Orthodontic Pediatric strategy and product utilization while redefining and delivering the company's value proposition. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and requires a customer-centric, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive marketing strategy to support key product launches including creating new categories
  • Partner with Events and experience team to drive channel narrative and communication objectives into tradeshows, including ensuring Pediatric products and innovation are elevated across event experience
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including global marketing, finance, marketing communications, and sales
  • Understand customer mindset and barriers to adoption of the product portfolio to craft strategies and deliver solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Product, Communications, and legal
  • Support and manage projects that support strategic and tactical efforts, including customer-facing marketing assets, messaging, and positioning, and new reports to analyze progress
  • Work with agency partners to drive creative efforts and deployment strategies in a timely manner
  • Assess product and feature launch plans, including modes of delivery, and recommend changes and improvements
  • Monitor overall business results, key metrics, and data sources to gauge business health and growth
  • Develop new category Go To Market plans and create commercialization strategies for pediatric products and innovation
  • Develop event communication and activation plans for live events
  • Develop promotions and pricing recommendations for pediatric products
  • Help create messaging and resources for the sales team
  • Identify white paper strategy and KOL activation to bring new pediatric products to market

Requirements

  • Proven ability to execute and work independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and collaboratively with sales, operations, programs, clinical education, finance, legal, and outside agencies
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, creative development, and product launches
  • Strong understanding of customer mindset and barriers to product adoption
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing projects related to marketing assets, messaging, and analytics
  • Ability to work with agency partners on creative efforts and deployment strategies
  • Experience in assessing product launch plans and providing strategic recommendations
  • Ability to monitor business results and analyze key metrics

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the orthodontic or pediatric dental space
  • Knowledge of trade show and event marketing strategies
  • Experience with KOL activation and white paper development
