Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for TRIP.BIZ's corporate travel segment.
  • Partner closely with teams across Business Travel, Payments, and Customer Support to ensure a strong and cohesive user experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define booking and revenue growth targets.
  • Be accountable for achieving those targets through a well-executed product and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, including presales, operations, and production teams.
  • Focus on the unique needs of the European Travel Management Company (TMC) industry.
  • Travel as needed to support initiatives and projects.
  • Drive delivery of innovative, cutting-edge technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with deep understanding and strong knowledge of local EMEA TMC products.
  • Strong product thinking and experience building regional products in growth-stage environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build seamless collaboration with headquarters and APAC teams.
  • Lead presales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, product marketing, and global RFP responses.
  • Client-centric and commercially driven mindset is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European Travel Management industry.
  • Ability to create business plans from the ground up and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with external clients and headquarters.
  • Experience with technology delivery is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Regular travel to work with global teams and partners.

  • Implementation skills for presales activities are a plus.
  • Experience with technology delivery is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Deep understanding of local EMEA TMC products.
