About the Role

As Sr. Program Manager, you'll conduct program control, Agile cost control, quality assurance, configuration management, subcontract management, management of government furnished resources, risk management, and security activities. Additionally, you'll employ internal management processes that can respond to dynamic changes in requirements (technical and/or schedule), requirements prioritization, and product implementation. Key Responsibilities

Manage the program in coordination with the government customer PM.
Manage all aspects of the program to include operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, integration, and customer discussions.
Coordinate with the government customer PM to ensure implemented software solutions are meeting established goals and joint operational training commitments are being fully addressed.
Interface with the government PCO on matters of the contract.

Requirements

Must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance.
You have 7 years of experience in software development using languages and systems such as C++ and Python, with a focus on simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
You are skilled in building and integrating web services, database systems, and web application development.
You have at least 5 years' experience as product or program manager of software development team.

Nice to Have

A Program Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

Active DoD SECRET Clearance.
7 years of experience in software development with languages such as C++ and Python.
Experience with simulation frameworks like AFSIM.
Experience in building and integrating web services, database systems, and web applications.
At least 5 years' experience as a product or program manager of a software development team.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $139,000 - $221,000, determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, company-paid training and/or certifications, and referral bonuses.
