About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager at First Student is responsible for managing projects to ensure they adhere to the timeline, budget, and scope. The role involves detailed project planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination with internal and external parties to deliver projects successfully. Key Responsibilities

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent experience
3+ years in a project management role
Extensive experience with Microsoft Project
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
