Sr. React / D365 Software Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support system integrations, custom code development, and third-party application API integration.
• Develop and drive standards, development processes, advise on systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
• Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
• Responsible for solutions including high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, and customizations.
• Integrate with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
• Build reports, dashboards, and views.
• Administer the CRM instance, including delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of existing solutions.
• Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to clients.
• Work with IT partners to design, configure, test, and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design, and implementation of the application or technology to meet business and IT needs.

Requirements

• 10 Years of Software Development Experience.
• Strong React Development Experience.
• Experience Building Custom UI.
• CRM functionalities and programming skills: MS 365 Dynamics, SDK, C#, & React or PCF Experience.
• Solid SQL skills including SQL Server Stored Procedures, Triggers, and complex queries.
• Good Programming skills in C#.
• XML technology experience (such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with system architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with API integration and third-party system connectivity.
• Experience with data modeling and data integration.
