Asure's HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department. This is a hybrid position and can be located at Asure's Hub office locations including: Sioux Falls, SD, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL or Burlington, VT. As a Software Engineer on our team, you will help develop a full stack Applicant Tracking System (ATS) web application, working closely with product owners, architects, and developers across the organization. You will be involved in product development with existing and new infrastructure, contributing to innovative solutions in the HCM industry within a dynamic and fast-growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain ATS software
- Maintain customer focus and understand your team's charter
- Write testable, readable, maintainable and efficient code
- Collaborate with your team on best practices, effective code reviewing and continual process improvements
- Contribute in scrum ceremonies including the daily stand up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software development related field, or similar work experience
- Experience working with .Net
- 5+ years of work history in full stack production engineering experience, in a SaaS software environment
- AWS experience or an Associate level certification is an advantage
- Experience with application observability, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD tools a plus
