Job Description

About the Role

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Product Management - Experimentation and Personalization will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of strategies across our websites and apps. This role is critical to embedding a culture of data-informed decision-making and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. You will work closely with global and regional teams to identify user problems, test hypotheses, and deliver tailored experiences that improve performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead a long-term experimentation and personalization strategy aligned with global ecommerce growth and evolving customer expectations.
  • Develop a roadmap that can expand in a balanced manner by prioritizing quick wins alongside long-term optimizations and platform growth, staying informed about trends in CRO, A/B testing, and personalized experiences.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of testing and personalization initiatives across websites and apps, applying agile principles to maintain test velocity and quality.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., UX research, analytics, behavioral insights) to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact hypotheses.
  • Act as a connector across UX, development, analytics, CRM, marketing, and ecommerce teams to align testing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Share test insights, trends, and performance updates with leadership and cross-functional teams to advise strategy and guide investment decisions.
  • Ensure personalization efforts are grounded in real-time customer data and aligned with CRM campaigns, promotions, and content strategies.
  • Partner with Martech and Engineering to improve CRM infrastructure, integrating experimentation platforms, CDPs, and campaign tools.
  • Lead the implementation of real-time data pipelines and APIs to support behavior-based personalization and lifecycle targeting.
  • Lead CRM use cases tied to site behavior (e.g., browse/abandon flows, dedication engagement), ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools to improve targeting, automation, and attribution within the CRM tech stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, data science, human-computer interaction, information technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years proven experience in digital product management, CRO, or customer experience optimization, ideally in an ecommerce or consumer-facing environment.
  • Proven success in leading A/B and multivariate testing programs and translating insights into significant product improvements.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Sr. Specialist, in agile product development environments, with a strong focus on experimentation and personalization.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Hotjar), and personalization frameworks.
  • Strong analytical approach and discernment, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and connect testing outcomes to business performance.
  • Experience embedding experimentation into agile development cycles and product planning.
  • Outstanding communication and collaborator leadership skills, capable of influencing decisions and promoting a test-and-learn culture across the organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and how customer data can inform and drive targeted experiences.
  • Passionate about digital innovation, customer-centric design, and continuous optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools and platforms related to experimentation, analytics, and personalization beyond those listed.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and compliance related to data collection and personalization.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in marketing, business, data science, human-computer interaction, information technology, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management, CRO, or customer experience optimization.

Benefits & Perks

  • Eligible for a company incentive program.
  • Company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage.
  • Paid time off, employee assistance programs.
  • Participation in a 401k program that includes a company match.
  • Flexible work arrangements aligned with work personas.
