This role will help lead the Testing & Optimization program across Thermo Fisher Scientific's global websites, reporting into the Digital Product Management Organization. The program focuses on multivariate and A/B testing, conversion rate, and performance optimization. The analyst will collaborate with product development, analytics, marketing, product management, user experience design, and business partners to handle the testing lifecycle from intake to deployment and analysis. They will be the main point of contact for requests involving Adobe Target and will aim to improve digital experiences, growth, and productivity optimization.
