About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze KPIs to make data-driven recommendations to improve web performance.
  • Execute simple web optimization tactics to improve prioritized experiences.
  • Execute data-driven experiments and suggest improvements.
  • Build depth and breadth of Web strategy tools, including Adobe suite.
  • Develop robust stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborate with an international team of experts to learn best practices.
  • Strive to continuously improve understanding of key audiences and visitor behaviors to optimize user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and optimization tactics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with web strategy tools, including Adobe suite.
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills.
