About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Analyze KPIs to make data-driven recommendations to improve web performance.
Execute simple web optimization tactics to improve prioritized experiences.
Execute data-driven experiments and suggest improvements.
Build depth and breadth of Web strategy tools, including Adobe suite.
Develop robust stakeholder management skills.
Collaborate with an international team of experts to learn best practices.
Strive to continuously improve understanding of key audiences and visitor behaviors to optimize user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Basic understanding of web analytics and optimization tactics.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with web strategy tools, including Adobe suite.
Strong organizational and project planning skills.

Nice to Have
