Job Description

About the Role

This role will help lead the Testing & Optimization program across Thermo Fisher Scientific's global websites, reporting into the Digital Product Management Organization. The program focuses on multivariate and A/B testing, conversion rate, and performance optimization. The analyst will collaborate with product development, analytics, marketing, user experience design, and business partners to handle the testing lifecycle from intake to deployment and analysis. They will be the main point of contact for requests involving Adobe Target and will aim to improve digital experiences, growth, and productivity optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and running A/B Testing (split or multi-variate) and optimization test (CRO) requests through the full testing cycle
  • Gathering testing requirements from collaborators and communicating timelines, expectations, and the testing process to business units and partners
  • Analyzing testing results based on statistical methods to provide statistically significant, sound recommendations for deployment into production
  • Defining new opportunities to test and guiding the testing roadmap and backlog
  • Leading testing efforts across global sites and serving as the subject matter authority on Adobe Target requests
  • Documenting results, trends over time, and impact of tests, curating a repository for future insights
  • Advocating for data-driven decision making and customer-centricity across digital product experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Proven proficiency using Adobe Target & Analytics
  • Experience running and analyzing successful A/B tests for digital organizations
  • Knowledge of statistical methods including hypothesis testing, sampling, variance, confidence intervals, regression, and margin of errors
  • Comfortable working with diverse audiences and communicating clearly and confidently
  • Quantitative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mentality with a customer-first approach
  • Experience working on websites, in eCommerce, and/or with mobile interfaces and digital products
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to clearly present results to different partner audiences

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Adobe Launch
  • Experience with Workfront

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience
