Sr. Technical Marketing Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the company's field application team in solving customer issues to drive new designs and product line revenue.
• Define, manage, and implement 'whole product' deliverables such as technical presentations, SDKs, user guides, benchmarks, and application notes to enable sales and support of FIPS solutions.
• Work with customers for evaluation and integration into their environment.
• Support product marketing and sales in demand creation through training and support of FAEs and SEs.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Drive design engineering teams to implement product changes required to meet customer requirements.
• Support the company's FIPS 140-2 Adapter Family.

Requirements

• BS in engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering or technical marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well versed in using Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to interface internally and externally with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills; diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Inherent sense of urgency and accountability.
• Experience in FIPS or Crypto/SSL complete solutions such as Appliances or ready-to-deploy cards.
• Knowledge of FIPS, PCI, Common Criteria is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of PKCS11, OpenSSL, JCA, CNG.
• Strong technical background with ability to analyze customer technical requirements.

Nice to Have

• FIPS, PCI, Common Criteria knowledge.
• Experience in driving technical issues through sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or technical marketing experience in FIPS or Crypto/SSL solutions.
