The role is to re-engineer the portal for the participants, which currently serves over 5 million participants globally. The system needs an entire rewrite of both the underlying architecture and the UI/UX. The project involves rebuilding the employee/participant portal for a major financial institution to improve scalability, performance, and user experience, with potential migration to Azure. The position offers a greenfield opportunity to architect and implement a modern, mobile-responsive, cross-platform solution from the ground up, supporting iOS, Android, and tablets. The candidate will work in-person three days a week at 29th Street and Park Avenue in NYC/NJ, with payment on a W2 basis only, and must be local candidates.
