About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of computer vision inspection systems using machine learning and deep learning techniques to detect quality-related issues with products.
• Design and implement machine vision algorithms using YOLO, OpenCV, and other relevant libraries to analyze images and videos from various camera systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for computer vision applications and deliver solutions that create business value.
• Develop and deploy models using Python, with a focus on model interpretability, scalability, and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision systems with existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Engineer new features and experiment with various modeling approaches to develop cutting-edge computer vision products.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in computer vision or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing machine learning and deep learning algorithms using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in computer vision techniques, including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and tracking.
• Experience with image and video processing, including data augmentation and preprocessing.
• Strong understanding of hardware and edge device considerations, including camera systems, lighting, and sensor integration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that have a measurable business impact.
