Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programmatic interfaces for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces and implement code to control test execution.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and stability of software solutions.
  • Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop customer toolsets to control and use instruments on ATE systems.
  • Debug systems on electronic board level to embedded hardware through the software toolset.
  • Develop and maintain internal software tools to assist the development and debugging process.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools to measure and assure the quality of the delivered software.
  • Contribute as an active member of the Power Semi Development Team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Solid experience with tools such as C#, C++, C, and .NET.
  • Advanced knowledge in Windows Desktop Application, Object-Oriented Design, Software Data Structures, and Version Control Management.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with issue tracking systems (i.e., JIRA).
  • Experience using CoPilot to accelerate design and development.
  • Excellent debugging skills for electronic devices.
