About the Role

The Strategic Growth Intern, Part-Time Fall 2025 role at Elevance Health offers an opportunity to support the Medicaid Strategy team in analyzing market and product data to inform consumer strategy and strategic segment initiatives within the healthcare industry. The internship combines structured office engagement with virtual work flexibility, fostering collaboration and productivity in multiple locations including Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, New York, and Woodland Hills.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize critical thinking skills to find innovative solutions for complex situations.
Analyze large-scale data sets to identify potential growth product segments based on consumer patterns and geographies.
Synthesize market and product data to develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer patterns to inform ongoing strategic projects.

Requirements

Pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field at an accredited college or university.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
Ability to work in-office at least once per week at one of the specified locations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Previous Healthcare experience.
Advanced MS Office experience.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a relevant master's degree program.
