About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze E-Commerce businesses, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchant operations.
• Independently undertake special analyses on merchant growth, traffic conversion, creator/content growth, and user behavior.
• Develop short-term and long-term scale and revenue targets.
• Provide regular reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze various operating indicators and drivers of the e-commerce operations team on a daily basis.
• Leverage insights from analysis to make informed recommendations for future business strategies.

Requirements

• Final year or recent graduate in MBA.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent logical thinking ability and ability to quickly understand business.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce industry operation analysis, business analysis, data analysis, etc.
• Background in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
